How Can You Help Us?

Volunteer

If you enjoy teamwork, have an easy smile and a couple of free hours one day each week, you could help us to take care of filling stomachs while nourishing spirits!

We would value you as a Student Nutrition Program volunteer at a school in your community. The rewards are enormous!

Can’t commit to that much time!

Would you consider helping out with fundraising or special events?

Perhaps joining the Food For Thought steering committee would be appealing to you.

Please contact Sharon by email bjergso@sympatico.ca or 613-267-6833 – we’ll be happy to work with you.

No time to spare, but still want to help? Financial contributions are always needed.

Monetary Donation

You can make a cash donation that will be given to schools to help them buy good food. Promote financial contributions to Food For Thought programs from individuals, businesses and organizations in your community – every dollar helps.
